Getting Started

Find your way around the app.

My Workspace — your personal hub

My Workspace is the one page most shop-floor users need day to day. Open it from the sidebar — everyone has access.

  • Time clock — punch in and out, start breaks, and see today’s hours. See Punching in and out for details.
  • Machines in your area — tap a machine to mark it Running, Idle, or Down, and log what you produced.
  • My tasks — recurring and one-off tasks assigned to your location, with a built-in timer.
  • Report a problem — raise a quality issue (NCR) or a maintenance request without leaving the page.

Sections you don’t have permission for simply hide themselves, so don’t worry if your Workspace looks simpler than this list.

How to use this Help Center

There are three ways to get help anywhere in the app:

  • Click the question mark in the top bar — a panel slides out with articles about the page you are on, plus a search box.
  • Click any small help icon () you see next to a field or section — it explains that exact spot.
  • Browse this Help Center by category, or type what you’re trying to do into the search box at the top — help articles also appear in the global search.

Articles link to the pages they describe, so you can read a step and then jump straight to the screen with the Open this page button.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page after you log in. It is a stack of expandable cards, each a shortcut for a common job — adding a user or product, building tool lists, reviewing the special-issue queue, jumping to locations or reports.

Like everything else, cards only appear if your user group has the matching permission. If a card you need is missing, ask whoever manages your user groups — see User groups and permissions.
