AlTiCrSiN is applicable to HSS and carbide tooling. AlTiCrSiN has shown great results in machining a wide variety of Irons both with and without coolant. It has also done well at milling high hardness steels and stainless steel. AlTiCrSiN has best success on high heat and abrasion applications.
